Boston, Massachusetts is the capital and most populous city in Massachusetts with a population of 692,600. It is one of the oldest cities in the United States and the location of several key events from the Revolutionary War like the Boston Tea Party and the Battle of Bunker Hill. It is also home to the first public park, first public school, and first subway system in the United States.
